MEET HEIDI
Hi, I’m Heidi.
I’m a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator, and I created Synapse Coaching after seeing the same challenge again and again; nursing students working hard to learn physiology, but struggling to connect it to the patient in front of them.
I believe physiology makes more sense when it’s taught as a connected story: what the body is trying to regulate, what changes when that system is disrupted, and how those changes show up in your patient.
That’s why I developed the Synapse Method, to help nursing students & nures understand the physiology, think clinically and connect their learning to practice.
